Panasonic Develops the Smallest Integrated Circuit Chip

Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. has recently developed an inertial sensor signal processing integrated circuit chip, which has been measured to have a width of only about 2 millimeters to achieve the world's smallest size.
At the same time, the company also implemented 1.8V, 110nm BiCMOS technology, which can reduce the area of high-precision analog circuits by half.
Matsushita Semiconductor Corporation said that this month has begun mass production of such integrated circuit chips, and will soon be deployed in a variety of sensor signal processing integrated circuits.
